Summary
This study is testing whether taking aspirin on different schedules can help prevent colorectal cancer in people who have precancerous growths called adenomas. Researchers are comparing daily aspirin, intermittent aspirin, and placebo in 81 participants over 12 weeks. The goal is to see which schedule best affects biological markers related to cancer development while monitoring safety.
