Summary
This early-phase study will look at how aspirin affects blood platelets in pregnant women at risk for preeclampsia. About 30 participants will take 81 mg of aspirin twice a day, and blood samples will be collected about 4 weeks later to measure platelet activity. The goal is to better understand how aspirin dosing influences platelet function during pregnancy, not to test a new treatment.
