Summary
This study tests whether a higher daily dose of aspirin (162 mg) can prevent another early birth better than the usual low dose (81 mg) in women who have had a preterm baby before. About 1,800 pregnant women will take one of the two doses from early pregnancy until nearly full term. The goal is to see if the higher dose reduces the chance of delivering too early or losing the baby before 35 weeks.
