Which aspirin dose best shields moms from pregnancy danger?

Summary
This study aims to find the best dose of aspirin to prevent preeclampsia, a serious high blood pressure condition in pregnancy. It will enroll 86 pregnant women in Nepal who are at high risk for this condition. Participants will be randomly assigned to take either a 75mg or 150mg aspirin pill daily to see which dose is more effective at preventing the illness.
