Summary

This study aims to find the most effective dose of aspirin to prevent preeclampsia, a serious high blood pressure condition in pregnancy. It will compare daily 75mg versus 150mg aspirin in 86 high-risk pregnant women in Nepal. The goal is to provide clear guidance on which dose works better to protect mothers and babies from this dangerous complication.
