Summary
This early-phase study is testing whether adding aspirin to standard chemotherapy can help the immune system fight ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer more effectively. About 100 women will receive aspirin alongside their chemo before surgery. Researchers will measure changes in immune-suppressing cells within the tumor to see if aspirin improves the body's natural defenses.
