Summary

This study looks at whether taking aspirin for 3, 6, or 12 months after a minimally invasive aortic arch repair can help prevent strokes. About 224 adults with aortic dissection or aneurysm will be randomly assigned to one of three aspirin treatment durations. The goal is to find the safest and most effective way to use aspirin after this surgery.
