Summary
This study looks at whether taking aspirin after a type of aortic arch surgery can help prevent strokes. About 224 adults will be split into three groups and take aspirin for either 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. The goal is to find the best length of treatment to reduce stroke risk while keeping side effects low.
