First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests how three common drugs (fluconazole, itraconazole, and carbamazepine) change the way the body processes a new experimental cancer drug called ASP3082. About 54 healthy adults will receive ASP3082 alone and then with each of the other drugs. The goal is to measure drug levels in the blood to guide safe dosing for future cancer patients.
