Summary
This early study tests a new drug, ASP2998, that attaches to a protein called TROP2 found on many solid tumors to attack cancer cells. It is given alone or with standard treatments like pembrolizumab or carboplatin. The study includes adults with advanced bladder, lung, stomach, or breast cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose.
