New registry tracks minimally invasive heart valve fixes in asia

NCT ID NCT07296016

First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study gathers information from 15 patients in the Asia-Pacific region who have had or will have a less invasive procedure to replace or repair a failing heart valve (mitral or tricuspid) without open-heart surgery. The goal is to learn how well these procedures work and what the outcomes are, since most existing data comes from Western patients. The study does not test a new treatment but collects real-world data to improve future care.
