First patients receive experimental cancer drug in early safety trial
NCT ID NCT06235437
Summary
This is the first study testing a new drug called ASD141 in people. Researchers want to find out if it's safe and what side effects it might cause in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread and have no other treatment options. The study will test increasing doses to find the highest amount that can be given safely while looking for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
