New hope drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This is the first study in humans to test a new drug called ASD141 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread and no longer respond to available treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help slow or shrink tumors.
