New drug combo aims to stop leukemia from coming back after transplant

Summary
This study tests whether adding asciminib to standard therapy after a stem cell transplant can help prevent leukemia from returning in people with certain types of blood cancer (Ph+ B-ALL or blastic phase CML). About 45 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard drug alone or the standard drug plus asciminib. Participants will have regular clinic visits and tests to monitor for relapse and side effects.
