Summary
This study tested a digital self-management program called OPERAS for people with rheumatoid arthritis. The program included a web app to track symptoms and a physiotherapist who provided remote activity coaching using a Fitbit. Researchers wanted to see if this approach helped participants feel more confident in managing their condition and improved their daily activity levels.
