Summary

This study tested a digital self-management program called OPERAS for people with rheumatoid arthritis. The program combined a web app for tracking symptoms and treatments with remote activity coaching from a physiotherapist. Researchers wanted to see if this approach helped participants feel more confident in managing their condition and improved their daily activity levels.
