Coloring books and breathing: a simple prescription for caregiver burnout?
NCT ID NCT07450924
Summary
This study tested whether a simple combination of activities could help family caregivers feel better. For eight days, one group of caregivers practiced a relaxation exercise and spent time coloring mandala patterns, while another group did not. Researchers measured changes in the caregivers' stress, anxiety, and overall mental well-being to see if the activities made a difference.
