Summary
This study tested whether a prebiotic supplement called Arrabina can help healthy adults feel fuller and manage their appetite. 135 overweight but healthy adults took either a low dose, high dose, or a placebo for up to 12 weeks. Researchers measured how hungry or full participants felt after a standard breakfast to see if Arrabina made a difference.
