Summary
This study tests a new, child-friendly version of praziquantel (arpraziquantel) to treat schistosomiasis in preschool-aged children (2-5 years) in Kenya, Côte d'Ivoire, and Uganda. The goal is to see how well different distribution methods work to reach these children during routine mass treatment campaigns. About 18,500 children will take part, and researchers will track coverage, safety, and how easy the program is to use.
