First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looked at whether aromatherapy (lavender oil massage) and reflexology (targeted foot pressure) could reduce pain and improve sleep in 90 children with cerebral palsy, aged 6 to 12. Children were split into three groups: aromatherapy, reflexology, or no extra care. The goal was to see if these gentle, drug-free treatments could make daily life better for the kids and their families.
