Summary

This study tests whether adding aromatherapy massage using lavender and orange oil to standard physical therapy can reduce pain and improve daily function in people with chronic low back pain. About 70 adults aged 18-65 with pain lasting at least 6 months will take part. The goal is to see if this gentle, drug-free approach helps with pain, sleep, and quality of life.
