Summary
This early-stage study tested an inhaled drug called ARO-MMP7 in 105 people, including healthy volunteers and patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a lung-scarring disease. The main goal was to check safety and how the drug moves through the body. Researchers also measured lung function changes over time. The drug aims to control the disease, not cure it.
