Summary
This study looks at how the amino acid arginine works in the bodies of young people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will compare 30 teens with diabetes to healthy teens to see if arginine affects insulin release. The goal is to learn more about the disease and test if arginine could be a safe, low-cost way to improve diabetes care.
