NCT ID NCT06093282

First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at whether encouraging people from underserved communities to take part in rewarding community activities (like recreation and social groups) can improve depression, weight, and physical activity more than usual health advice. About 102 adults with mild to moderate depression and at least one risk factor like excess weight or inactivity will be enrolled. The goal is to see if a community-based approach can make a real difference in mental and physical health.
