First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests if encouraging people in underserved communities to join rewarding community activities (like recreation and social groups) can improve depression, weight, and physical activity more than usual health advice. About 100 adults with mild to moderate depression and extra weight or low activity will take part. The goal is to see if this approach is more effective than standard outreach.
