Summary

This study tests whether online physical therapy sessions, tailored to each person's risk level, can reduce pain and disability in adults with chronic low back pain living in rural communities. About 434 participants will receive either personalized telerehabilitation or standard educational materials. The goal is to improve access to care and reduce reliance on pain medications.
