Summary
This study tests whether augmented reality (AR) training can improve how oncology nurses care for malignant fungating wounds—a common, distressing complication in advanced cancer. About 188 nurses from a Taiwan hospital will use AR to practice wound management in realistic, safe simulations. The goal is to boost their knowledge and skills, ultimately improving patient comfort and quality of life.
