Summary

This study tests whether adding supervised water exercises to a home workout plan helps people with Parkinson's disease improve their daily activities, walking, balance, and mood. Forty-two adults aged 40-80 with mild to moderate Parkinson's will be randomly assigned to either a home exercise program alone or home exercises plus three weekly pool sessions. The goal is to see if aquatic therapy offers extra benefits for quality of life and movement.
