First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study explores whether aquatic therapy in a warm pool can help children ages 3-9 with cerebral palsy or similar movement problems. Over ten weeks, kids attend pool sessions twice a week to improve swim safety, arm function, and daily self-care. Researchers will measure changes in swimming ability, parent-reported independence, and arm movement quality.
