NCT ID NCT07377214

First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether aquatic therapy (exercises in a warm pool) followed by group training can help 50 Danish veterans with PTSD. Many veterans don't get enough relief from standard treatments, especially for sleep and quality of life. Participants will do 16 weeks of individual pool therapy twice a week, then 16 weeks of group exercises once a week. The goal is to reduce PTSD symptoms, improve sleep, and boost well-being.
