First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether warm-water therapy followed by group exercise can help veterans with PTSD feel better. Fifty Danish veterans will take part in 16 weeks of one-on-one pool sessions, then 16 weeks of group exercises. The goal is to reduce PTSD symptoms, improve sleep, and boost quality of life. The treatment is safe and non-invasive, and results will be checked right after treatment and again one year later.
