Summary
This study looks at whether water-based exercise (aquatherapy) can improve physical performance, balance, and reduce fear of falling in older adults with long-term low back pain. 45 people aged 65 and older will be randomly assigned to either aquatherapy or standard land-based physical therapy for six weeks. The goal is to see if exercising in water offers extra benefits for this group.
