Summary

This study explores if doing balance exercises in water (aquatic reactive balance training) can help older adults avoid falls. Fifteen people aged 65+ with a history of falls will train twice a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure how practical and acceptable the program is, and how it affects balance, mobility, and quality of life.
