Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug (APX005M) combined with two existing immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab) in people with advanced melanoma or kidney cancer who haven't had prior immunotherapy. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 26 adults will participate, and they must have a tumor that can be biopsied.
