Summary

This study tests whether the drug apremilast can help people with alcohol use disorder drink less. Researchers will compare apremilast to a placebo in 80 adults aged 21-65 who currently drink heavily. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces the amount of alcohol consumed during a drinking session.
