Summary
This study looked at whether drinking 15 ml (about 1 tablespoon) of organic apple cider vinegar twice a day for two weeks could reduce blood sugar swings in adults with type 2 diabetes. Thirty-eight participants wore a continuous glucose monitor and compared the vinegar to plain water. The goal was to see if vinegar helps stabilize glucose levels and improve cholesterol.
