Could a Gel-Forming drink curb your appetite?
NCT ID NCT07127198
Summary
This study tested if a special nutritional drink that turns into a gel in the stomach could help people feel fuller and reduce their appetite, which may support weight management. It involved 24 adults with a body mass index (BMI) between 27 and 32. Participants tried different versions of the drink or a control beverage on separate visits, and researchers measured their feelings of hunger and fullness afterward.
