Could a Gel-Forming drink curb your hunger?
NCT ID NCT07127198
Summary
This study tested if a nutritional drink that turns into a gel in the stomach could make people feel fuller and reduce their appetite, potentially helping with weight management. It involved 24 adults with a body mass index in the overweight range. Participants tried different versions of the drink or a control product on separate visits, and researchers measured their hunger levels and food intake afterward.
