Phone app aims to retrain anxious thoughts for neurodegenerative diseases

Summary
This study is testing whether a specially designed mobile phone app can help reduce anxiety in people with Huntington's disease or Parkinson's disease. About 136 participants will use the app for six weeks, completing daily training exercises aimed at changing negative thought patterns. The goal is to see if this digital approach can improve anxiety symptoms and quality of life for people living with these movement disorders.
