Summary
This study tested whether adding a smartphone app for insomnia therapy to a standard 4-week pain rehabilitation program helps people sleep better. 105 adults with both chronic pain and insomnia were randomly assigned to either use the app alongside their rehab or just do the rehab alone. The main goal was to see if the app improved sleep problems more than the standard program.
