NCT ID NCT05927116
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested a 6-week mobile app designed to support Chinese parents of children with autism. The app provided knowledge, skills, and mindfulness training. 852 parents took part to see if the app could reduce anxiety, depression, and stress while boosting parenting confidence. The goal was to empower parents, not to treat the child's autism.
