Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app called Collabree could help adults with high blood pressure remember to take their daily medications. Researchers wanted to see if using the app led to better pill-taking habits and lower blood pressure readings. About 180 participants in Switzerland were randomly assigned to either use the app or receive standard care over a 90-day period.
