NCT ID NCT05067569
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested a smartphone app that teaches older adults (60+) simple behavioral tricks to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. 270 participants used either the app or received online sleep tips. The goal was to see if the app could reduce insomnia symptoms more effectively than standard sleep education.
