New app aims to help Sleep-Deprived parents beat insomnia

Summary
This study tests whether an app-based sleep program can improve sleep in new parents who have insomnia. The program uses cognitive behavioral therapy and meditation over 18 days. About 250 first-time parents with infants aged 4-12 months will participate. The goal is to see if the app helps reduce insomnia symptoms and improve sleep quality.
