Summary

This study will test two smartphone apps, Tankevirus and Grubl, designed to help people with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. About 1000 Norwegian adults will use one of the apps or a placebo app for two weeks. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms and quality of life over six months to see if the apps are helpful and cost-effective.
