Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called APL2 in 270 adults and teens with FSGS, a serious kidney disease that can lead to kidney failure. The goal is to see if APL2 can reduce protein in the urine, a sign of kidney damage. The study has two parts: first, everyone gets APL2; then, some get APL2 and some get a placebo to compare results.
