Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called APL-9796, given as injections under the skin, for people with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). The goal is to see if it is safe and tolerable, and whether it can improve blood flow and exercise ability. The trial involves 48 adults with different types of pulmonary hypertension, and participants must already have a heart monitor implant.
