Summary
This study tests a drug called apitegromab in babies under 2 years old who have spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), a condition that weakens muscles. The goal is to see if the drug helps improve movement skills like rolling, sitting, and crawling. All participants must already be on standard SMA therapy. The trial lasts 48 weeks and measures changes in motor development.
