New drug combo aims to tame tough eczema

Summary
This study tests whether a new combination of two drugs (APG777 and APG990) is safe and how the body processes them in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). About 86 participants will receive either the new combo or an existing treatment (dupilumab) for 24 weeks, with follow-up lasting over a year. The goal is to see if the new approach can better control the disease, though ongoing management is still needed.
