New eczema combo drug enters human testing

Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a new combination of two experimental drugs (APG777 and APG990) is safe and how the body processes them in adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). About 86 participants will receive either the new combo or an existing treatment (dupilumab) for 24 weeks, with follow-up lasting over a year. The main goal is to check for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood.
