Summary
This study tests whether amniotic membrane, putty mineral trioxide aggregate, or biodentine works best to help immature permanent molars finish developing their roots. Seventy-five healthy children aged 7 to 10 with deep cavities but no signs of nerve damage are participating. The treatments aim to keep the tooth alive and promote root growth, with success measured by pain, swelling, and root length on 3D X-rays after one year.
